Our Interview Process

We've designed our interview process to be thorough yet respectful of your time. Here's what to expect:

Application Review

Our team reviews your application, resume, and any additional materials you've submitted. We look for relevant experience, skills, and alignment with our mission and values.

Initial Screening

A 30-minute video call with a recruiter to discuss your background, experience, and interest in AstraVA. We'll also answer any questions you have about the role and our company.

Skills Assessment

Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a skills assessment or take-home project. This helps us understand your technical abilities and problem-solving approach. We respect your time and design these to be completed within 2-4 hours.

Team Interviews

You'll meet with 2-3 team members for in-depth discussions about your experience, skills, and how you approach problems. These interviews typically last 45-60 minutes each and may be spread across multiple days to accommodate different time zones.

Final Interview & Offer

The final interview is typically with a senior leader or the hiring manager. If all goes well, we'll extend an offer and discuss compensation, benefits, and start dates. We aim to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible.
